SaviDay.

SaviDay is a production CRM and task-management system built for an Irish client, designed to bring operational work, customer/process records, task ownership and auditability into one maintainable application.

The system was built around a practical business problem: work was not just about storing records or showing a task list. The client needed a structured way to manage actions, assign responsibility, track progress and preserve a clear history of what happened inside the system.

/ 01 · Built to solve

Client operations scattered across tasks, customer records, manual follow-ups and actions without a clear audit trail.

/ 02 · The problem

Work was not just about storing records or showing a task list. The client needed a structured way to manage actions, assign responsibility, track progress and preserve a clear history of what happened inside the system.

That audit layer is the important part. Client operations had been scattered across tasks, customer records, manual follow-ups and actions without a clear audit trail.

/ 03 · The system

In many operational tools, task management stops at status: open, in progress, done. That is not enough when the business needs accountability. A real system needs to know who changed what, when it changed, what state existed before, what action triggered the change and how the process moved from one person or stage to another.

SaviDay was designed around that operational spine: CRM records, task flows, user actions, state changes and audit history. The goal was to make the work traceable, not just visible.

/ 04 · Architecture direction

CRM core with defined task workflows, audit mechanism, user activity tracking and a production deployment path. Collabwire worked on the application foundation, backend logic, frontend implementation, workflow behaviour and deployment. The application foundation was designed to remain understandable for future change instead of becoming a one-off delivery nobody wants to touch six months later.

SaviDay sits in the Systems Archive as a client production build. It shows a specific type of operational software we like building: systems where task ownership, workflow state and auditability matter because the business needs more than a pretty interface.
