## Problem

Marketplace sellers often operate through fragmented interfaces. Product data lives in one place, stock in another, pricing decisions in spreadsheets, sales performance in exports, and daily operational judgement in the seller's head.

This works until the business grows. Then every small decision becomes slower, every update becomes easier to miss, and the seller starts managing the system manually instead of operating from a clear control layer.

## System

SellerToys is designed as an operational layer for marketplace work. It brings product data, listings, stock movement, pricing signals, revenue observations and seller workflows into a structured system.

The goal is not to create another passive dashboard. The goal is to help sellers see what needs attention, what changed, what should be acted on and where operational friction is reducing margin.

## Architecture

SellerToys is built around marketplace entities: products, listings, SKUs, stock states, pricing rules, sales events, channel data, alerts and operational actions.

The architecture should support integrations with marketplaces, structured product records, repeatable workflows, event-driven updates and future automation around pricing, stock and seller decisions.
